Takenoko no Nimono (Bamboo shoot)

Ma 3281/2 Bamboo shoot (Tin)

3 dried Shiitake mushrooms

Kiriboshi daikon (Dried white radish)

1 cup Shiitake broth

3 tbsp Japanese soy sauce

1 tbsp Sugar

soak dried Japanese mushrooms in the water (keep that water for later), then cut it thin strips

soak dried Kiriboshi daikon in the water and wash, then drain water

cut Bamboo shoot

boil Shiitake broth (from soaked dried shiitake mushrooms), Japanese soy sauce and sugar in the pan

put everything into it

boil it for 20 minutes and serve it into a bowl

This is very easy and quick to make.
