Stuffed Mushroom-Japanese style

24 Mushrooms

1/2 lb Ground beef (or chicken)

1/2 chopped Spinach

Potato starch

Olive oil

Tare : Sweet chili + Japanese mayonnaise or Ketchup + Japanese mayonnaise

remove skin and inside of mushrooms

put Potato starch on mushrooms

mix ground beef (or chicken) and spinach(already boiled and cut) and then attach it to muchrooms

medium heat the skillet and olive oil, then put mushrooms into it. fry for 3-4 minutes each side with the lid

when it is done, remove from the heat and serve it on the plate with some greens

This is so tasty main dish.

It is good with rice but also good with bread or potato.
