Ground beef with Vegetables Harumaki

1/4 lb Ground beef

2 bags Bean sprouts

1 carrot

10 Sayaendo

4 leaves Hakusai (chinese cabbage)

2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce

1 tbsp Sesame oil

1 tsp Kocyujan (Korean spice)

Flour with water (glue)


Sauce : Japanese soy sauce, Vinegar, Chili-oil

cut Hakusai thin strips

cut Carrot thin strips

cut Sayaendo thin strips

medium heat the skillet, fry hakusai, carrot and sayaendo with sesame oil

add bean sprouts and fry for a few minutes

add ground beef and stir fry under high heat, then add Japanese soy sauce, kocyujan.

Then, put mixed potato starch with water into it and stir for a few seconds, and then remove from heat (let cool it down)

Spread Harumaki wrapping pastry

wrap that with spring roll pastry

when you finish rolling it up, use mixed flour with water (it is like glue)

deep fry that for a few minutes and remove oil well

serve on the plate with some greens
